Caroline Bowen was born December 21, 1958 in Philadelphia, PA. Caroline graduated from Temple University with a degree in music therapy. She passed away September 23, 2012, in Rising Sun, Maryland.

Caroline had a passion for honoring and preserving tradition. She loved theatre and she loved the arts. She was a member and officer of The Order of St. John and numerous other civic and cultural organizations.
