Linda Kay Vandenberg White is the daughter of the late COL Duane Evert Vandenberg, USAF, and Peggy Joyce Ward Vandenberg.  Linda is a native of Houston, Texas, and is married to David Newton White, P.E., Owner of Instrument & Supply.  David and Linda have one son, Matthew Cooper White.


Linda received a B.S.E. in Special Education, and an M.Ed. in Elementary Counseling. She has completed post-graduate studies at Henderson State University and the Central Institute of Deaf in St. Louis. Linda's career has been diverse.  She was a special educator for the deaf; blind; multi-handicapped; learning disabled; and mentally retarded.  Linda was previously the Vice Principal at SWJHS in the Hot Springs School District; a Rehabilitation Counselor for Adult and Deaf Education; the owner of Camille (a retail Store); and the owner L.K. White Realty, Inc. Linda is a member of the Life Time Million Dollar Club, and the only HS Woman to sell $1 million in her 1st year.

Linda is the former Arkansas State Secretary for the Catholic Daughters of America.  She and her husband attend St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.  She is a member of CCW; the Mortar Board; and a 45 year member of Kappa Alpha Theta (Delta Nu Chapter), having also served as Arkansas State President.
