Robert Murel Clark, Jr., Esq.

Robert Murel Clark Jr., Esq., the eldest son of Robert Murel Clark and Dorrace Helen Schaerdel, is a fifth generation resident of Dallas and a sixth generation Texan who was born in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Clark was married on 25 October 1986 to the former Kimberly Ann Kerss [current NSDAR Chair for Seating, Col. Dames of America, Daughters of the Cincinnati]. They have a child, Ashley Pendleton Clark, graduate of The Hockaday School  (2014); Southern Methodist University, BA (2018); Oklahoma City University proposed Juris Doctor  (2022) [NSDAR, Col. Dames of America, Daughters of the Cincinnati, Order of Crown in America, Americans Armorial Ancestry, Nat. Soc. Americans Royal Descent, Jamestowne Society, Order Three Crusades, Crown of Charlemagne, Ven. Order St. John.] He is armigerous.

Bob received a BBA (1972) from the University of Texas at Austin, an M.B.A. (1978) from Southern Methodist University, and a Juris Doctor Degree (1982) from Oklahoma City University (law review). Professionally, he has been Certified in Civil Trial Law since 1989 by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, in Civil Trial Advocacy since 1990 and in Civil Pretrial since 2012  by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, elected member American Board of Trial Advocates since 1991, and member of the Bar of the United States Supreme Court. He has practiced commercial litigation in Dallas, Texas since 1982.
